SO DISGUSTED
What a total *******.... How can they do this without explaining anything or making sure you understand... Now because of an error the bank makes I now need to pay for that, so disgusted! when will this behavior ever stop with banks and ripping people off...

02 Nov 2022, 10:59I've already spoke to someone at the call center who couldn't explain to me what happened and said they I should check my statements... Nothing was explained to me when I app**** for the credit card about interest rebate etc. Now because of your error in whatever calculation with interest rebate and even though i made a payment i'm now over my limit
