So called field agents

This morning a gentleman who claims to be your field agent came to my house to discuss my account with me. This is a gentleman who in my eyes looks like a normal civilian who happened to have ALL of my personal details in a groceries shopping bag and had NOTHING on him that suggests that he is employed by AFRICAN BANK. Worse, he mentions that a call centre agent called me to make arrangements for my account (which i didnt) and that i was contacted on a number i have never seen nor used in my life time. What i need to understand is who made bogus arrangements in my name? Is this how AFRICAN BANK operates? (Provides customer information to civilians and send them to clients houses) What happened to confidentiality? Especially with sensitive information (my information)? Is this happening to every single client of yours or is it a select few in selected areas? Is this what WE sign up for? After being a loyal client who unfortunately fell on tough times i intend on not continuing any business with your organization and intend on sharing my experiences.
