Slow stagnant service

I have a problem with your service at your Centurion mall branch. Four people in the bank. 45min later I still have not been helped. Unlike other banks I do not think you can handle high volume of clients. Look into this. Your service is terrible. You may lose me for another bank. Service is bad!!

If it's not your bank branch is your call centre. So if it's 12PM no one is available at the contact centre to service clients at the branch.
I'm also at work, your service is beyond disgusting.
Taking my little money away. You don't want our businesses
