SLOW SERVICE
I have app**** for credit card on the 21.09.2022 since then they've requesting for documents and ive sent them all no feedback about my application, yesterday ive spoken to the consultant to say i want to cancel and proceed with the different since they cant assist me, she said she will push the application since its been in the queue for long but still no feedback, i even got sms to say its been reviewed but their process is long .... im sooo DISSAPOINTED

28 Sept 2022, 16:01i have phoned your customer service and still no feedback, yesterday query was logged even today same thing the are logging query really guy i think i should cancel application its draining me seriously
