Slow and Poor Service

I app**** on the app for a loan 12 days ago. I was told it would take 48 to 72hrs, after 72hrs I contacted the call centre to find out the progress and was told its under assessment and review and no time frame could be given for an answer on whether the application was approved or rejected. I called back the next day, and the next and the next, finally I went into the app to check again and saw that I was required to upload another document, I did, was told I'd receive feedback in 24hrs. After receiving nothing, I called again and was then told I uploaded the wrong document and needed to upload another, which I did, then was told I'd be contacted in 12hrs. It's now been another 48hrs and I still have not received feedback. I can't believe the **** service. When I finally went into a branch even they said I should've gone to them instead of applying online. Even your own staff knows how **** you guys are.
