Signing for things not agreed upon

I went to apply for a loan and got approved however at the end I saw JNgwenya removing my email and told him right there that I wanna receive my statements via email of which he then said I must phone their head office to do that then I saw that on the contract he had already chosen for me that I do not want statements again I asked him why is that he them said I know that statements gets posted so I won't get it anyway cos of the strike. Then I signed for an insurance application of which I Neva asked from him and asked him why is this and when did it start. He said it has always been there and I told him its the first that I have to do it. He then said maybe I had never paid attention. I just wanted a loan and nothing else and I want to get my statements via email. This JNgwenya is *********** clients and doesn't need their input for anything he just does what he thinks is best without giving the clients option. I do not want an insurance!!!!!! If he does this to me how many has he done it to!!!!!
