SIGNED AGREEMENTS BUT NO MONEY

In September 2015 I inquired about a loan at African Bank. They informed me that I qualify for R140 000.00. As instructed I provided all my documents as required, went to the Bank 3 times, signed 3 agreements as their was a problem with the commission I earn. Between me and our bookkeeper we jumped through hoops to provide documents. After going to the bank 3 times and signing 3 different agreements, the last one on 11/9/15 I was informed a week later that I now do not qualify for the loan. I work in the legal field and according to law once an agreement is signed it is binding on all parties but clearly African Bank can change their minds and I was informed to come and apply in November 2015 again. Be warned even if you sign an agreement with African Bank it is not guaranteed that the loan is approved. And at no time was I informed that it was only a pre-approval.
