Shocking, rude and uncaring service

Firstly this individual deserves a negative score. I walked into the Cresta Mall branch this morning just before 09:00h. I was assisted by this friendly lady who did her best but had to contact the call centre for further assistance. I had the misfortune of speaking the an agent by the name of Zolile. This arrogant, condescending, uncaring individual is a disgrace and an embarrassment to African Bank. I should have known from the start when he told me to guess the answer to a security, that I was in trouble. If I had not dropped the phone at the point where I was now totally livid, I would have been blamed for being the wrong one as I was going to use some strong adult language to put this chap in his place, and it would have been well deserved. Please listen to the phone call and Firstly sort out Zolile, and secondly sort out my problem?
