shocked - african bank covid 19 relief

i have called through to African bank customer service to request for a payment holiday and was shocked by their response. I needed a payment holiday as we are not sure if we will be getting a salary this month, i was told that i qualify for 1 months relief but had to pay 4 months extra installments which will be added on my account. imagine if my installment was 5 thousand rands, i would have to pay back an extra 20 grand .
