I took a loan with african bank in 2011 & 2012 i.lost my job.Went back to them and explain the told me to fax proof and affirdavites and i was told that that loan had insurance once they received all documents thewill claim from insurance.I faxed more than 4 times all those documents they requested.i took it that eventually they have recieved them because i never heard from them again.This year around march am starting to receive call from credit worx they saying ive been handed over by african bank. shortly after those calls i received statements which ive never received in 3years. Am owing them.again? What is goingon ? Thier people from creditworx know nothing when you ask them.And ive been phoning around no help? Y did it take them 3 years to contact me? And only when they've handed me over?i think all this instituions are negligent and want to blacklist us on purpose. not for once did they ever confirmnreceipt of all documents but they used to call more than 4 times a day. Eventually they receive them the shut up. Next thing you iwe them more than the money you took.This is really disturbing.i demand to knw hw much insurance paid n when?.y i was never contacted thn y now
