SHEER DECEIT

In the beginning, last year all went well, they promised no charge for eft. Then I noticed in my statement, charges were withdrawn, That was September 2019. I complained, it took 3 months to fix it. Then in December again, in January again and in February. All the time I had to phone them to reverse the false charges, After 4 times they promised that it wont happen again, but in may 2020 again happened. Don't trust them, they lie.
