Sharing false information on my Credit Report

Can you guys share a full statement and detailed payment history relating to my former credit card account I had with African Bank. You submitted wrong information to credit bureau stating that I paid my credit card last year whereas the account is closed, you are messing up my report and credit score, how can I pay an account whereas I don’t have your debit order on my bank statement? I know your reference and last time I checked I never had any verbal/ written agreement with any company to deduct money on your behalf

I NEED TO KNOW THE FOLLOWING: -Full account statement from opening to closure/ handover -Detailed payment -history, including all transaction dates and amounts including references -Date of last payment recorded on your system -Date the account was handed over to a third-party collection agency (if any)

I NEED YOU TO REMOVE THAT FALSE INFORMATION YOU PUT ON MY CREDIT REPORT.
