Shameful
Ridiculous. I was so hopeful moving to this bank, it seemed better and cheaper, but time and time again you can't access your money! In a time of crisis they can't be trusted. And no way to get someone on the phone. You've embarrassed me for the last time. I'll be moving my money. Again.

16 Apr 2020, 14:43Can't access any of my money, the app doesn't work and I can't get hold of a helpline. If you bank with african bank and still have access to your money, withdraw it all now or you may lose it all. I wish that is what I did.
