Settling outstanding balance

Am writing this review with a heavy heart, I have an African bank loan from 2014 if not mistaken, I have been asking to settle my outstanding balance, but no one is willing to come forth not sure what the problem is???? Am working a commission only job where I don't have a basic am trying to rectify my mistakes but am not getting any help from them. I have been asking to settle this loan from last year September.
