Settlement quotes

I have loans with African Bank and when I went trying to get settlement amounts the quotes came back being higher than the outstanding amount on statements also they gave me a wrong account number which makes it difficult to settle the acvounts and I don't know if you want people to be stuck on debts????? I'm utterly disgusted
