Settlement payment not reflecting

On 30 June 2015 i made to payments, R7540 and R10924 to settle and close my credit card. it is 2 days later and still i am waiting for these funds to reflect. in the interim i have been charged with interest! when i called the collections department they told me that they are not able to look up these payments in anyway - what the ****!<br> <br> so you can just continue charging me interest when i have paid the account and i am waiting to close this account as all i have had is problems since the day this account was activated!!
