Settlement Letter

I have an account with African Bank, which I didn't pay for some time, due to not having money. In August I contacted African Bank on several times to send me a settlement letter, as I received money from my deceased Godmother at the time. I have asked them numerous times to forward it to me. up til today I haven't received any. in January a lawyer firm contact me that I have been handed over to them by African Bank. I'm very deeply disappointed in African Bank as they didn't do as I have asked, and not even contacting me for some time, but now the lawyers is doing their dirty work. you are disgusting
