Settlement discounts

My name is Lebogang Mogwasa my identity number is ********** 658080 i have to accounts with african bank a personal loan and credit card which i was offered discount on both accounts i called again on the 17th of January to find out if i can pay the discounts in two instalments i was advised i cant asked if i can settle one account as per discount that i was given i told no because theres no discount asked why did they give a discount they said legal department gave me a discount asked for legal department number i was told theres no legal department its like some mickey mouse business i have tried to settle my debt but i guess they dont want my money so i will just keep my money and pay other debts
