Settlement discount on Loan all a **** or lie

African bank offered me a discount if I pay my account before the 4th December, which I settled my account on the 29th November, I have been waiting for the settlement letter, BT my account is still showing the discount as the out standing balance, I think it was a **** for me to pay the account, honest truth I would recommend African bank to anyone bad service and bunch of ******, and please African bank please don't lie on this report by saying you have tried several timea to contact me,
