Settlement Discount

I have been unemployed sins January this year. I have been struggling to pay the account but now have a bit extra that I want to use to settle this. Getting a settlement offer on the app does not provide any discount as I can not pay that full amount. I need to speak to someone that can help in offering me a settlement discount please
