Settlement and Update

Dear Peter,<br> <br> I had a loan with African Bank, I paid the settlement on the 25/08/2015. before I paid the settlement I was told that my credit record will be updated before 14 working days. I waited patiently and today I called after 20 days.<br> <br> I spoke to a lady by the name of Rolivhuwa Sibedela who told me they will not attend to my profile alone, they still waiting for bulk update.<br> <br> I know the president said that when we have paid off our debts, credit profiles should be updated. stop oppressing us regarding this credit record update issues.<br> <br> I have paid you and update my credit record Finish and Klaar.<br> <br> kind regards,<br> Edgar
