Settlement amount on loan
My husband requested a settlement amount for his loan. Wow!!! He paid R246 000 just now after they only gave him like R6000 discount on the balance! How???? He was an excellent customer, paid every single month on time. They never ever waited for the installment, never had to phone him. And now? This is how they reward excellent customers? Shame on you African Bank. Unlike Absa and FNB where they genuinely CARE ABOUT CLIENTS. NEVER AGAIN!!!
