Settlement amount not possible
I called African Bank and spoke to Sandile, i asked if he can assist me with a settlement amount on my African Bank loan. He said he will find out for me and came back and said no they cant give me a discount because i never received a message. WHAT DOES A MESSAGE HAVE TO DO WITH ME SETTLING MY LOAN TODAY!!!!!<br> This is shocking customer service that a customer actually calls in to settle his account and gets told NO i never received a message!!!
