Settlement

I've been called continuously by your advisors. However when i eventually answered and came to an agreement for payment, i CLEARLY stated what i could afford and how i want to go about settling the account. On the debit day a different amount they i did NOT agree on gets debited from my account. So what happens to the agreement and the settlement now? Because if i reverse this it will affect me record. This is unacceptable. Please follow up on this.
