Settled and Credit Card Owing!

I had a credit card account taken with Loan some year back and went into Arrears.I had an arrangement with African Bank to pay via Debit order which I religiously did as arranged.In october Last year I was offered a settlement discount of 30% and my Balance was aboutn R724 and I paid R500.00 as Final pmnt on 1st Dec 2014.In january this yr again I queried and account was Finalised /Closed on 26 Jan 2015 and I received confirmed.I went there again a week ago and to my shock I owe over R12000.00 yet the Creidt card Limit was R4000.00 and I have been receiving statements every month and was never over R4000.00(was cloming down as payments were being made).I have queried and was told Titanic Dept deals with these and Vaneshree Govender took my query Last Wednesday and I am yet to hear from her.I have sent her several emails and made calls,no response.The main Loan was settled via Garnishee Last Yr May and Credit Card was dealt with by African Bank Collections directly ,never heard of no Titanic.I need this resolved ASAP as I am now physically and emotionally traumatised.
