Service is horrible

<p>I paid my account up done the dealings with the lawyers and they called me I asked for them to send me an email 3 weeks ago so i can send my proof of payment. They keep phoning everyday with a different story when I ask for them to go back and listen to my 1st request they cannot help me. They calling my family and telling them of my accounts I am not paying by right legally thats no bodies business. I am waiting for a paid up letter, no one is sending me an email so i can sen the lawyers details of the paid up amount. This is ridiculous and horrible service.</p>
