Service Is Bad!

African bank customer service is appalling! All I called in for was to change my banking details. But instead the first advisor placed me on holding for a while waiting for her system as she said. I dropped the line after waiting on hold and called again, 2nd advisor went silent on me after asking security questions, I was left speaking to myself! Sll this over wanting to change my banking details!!!!!!!
