**** SERVICE AND UNSCHOOLED EMPOYEES

I opened an African bank account in december'22 at Meadowdale Mall Johannesburg. The lady that was heling me said that she does not have any cards available to give me so I must come back another time. Yesterday I went to the African bank branch in Carnival mall as I was in the area and another lady named Rose told me that she cant give me my account card as I first have to go and update my fingerprints at home affairs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
