I am calling in to request of change of banking details however only the person that initially changed my banking details can make the amendment. she has not called me back. This is absolutely **** service

This is my second complaint in row in 2 days. I had a woman from collections assisting me and still just as the other consultants assisted me they all went quiet without any feedback. if i had to work at african bank i will show you guys what good customer service is i will train your staff because right now they all have a dont care attitude this is what is sad, the worst part is this is for a collection, do you guys not want your money?
This is my second complaint in row in 2 days.
