Serious disappointment with EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!!!
I am extremely disappointed with African Bank. Just as I was happy that a loan has been approved, debit check signed, contracts issued and emailed, credit card issued, all plans made to use the money, suddenly they declined my loan approval on the basis of the fact they are unable to confirm my employment, in a company that has existed for more than three years. They did not call me to say they are having a problem???
