Sent my account to tracers ?

A company called Debit consulting called my workplace pretending to be calling from FNB \confirming employment"(that on it's own is *********)I have been in contact with African bank and they have certainly called me on the same numbers the tracers called me on. I have never dismissed African bank nor refused to speak to them(so why send me to tracing) . As a matter of fact I made an arrangement to pay account which went through successfully. Out of concern I immediately called the call centre"
