Sent from pillar to post!!! Credit report messed up!!!

<p>I had an account handed over by African Bank to Saya Recoveries. I've paid my account in full on the 30th of August 2016. I've been advised by Saya Recoveries that they have made payment on the 7th of Septmber 2016 to African Bank and everything has been closed on their side. When calling African Bank to have my credit report updated I've been sent from pillar to post, they tell me they've received no payment from Saya Recoveries even though I've sent a paid in full letter to them from Saya Recoveries but they don't bother following up on it.</p> <p>This has messed up my credit record as there is a dispute on it that remains open because African Bank refuses to update my loan account accordingly.</p> <p> </p> <p>Such an inconvinience this is!!!</p>
