Senseless process

So I want to register on their website but for some reason my cellphone number is not on their system and now i have to go in and "authenticate" myself... like WTH cant you guys allow your call centre to assist with this instead of having to go into a branch spend whole day just to get a cellphone number authenticated.. im sorry but that doesnt work for me.. please can someone help me as i just want to register
