Sense of urgency

You know african bank is the best when it comes to helping people but the people processing loan applications don't have a sense of urgency even when u have an immediate crisis you won't be able to attend to it because they take their own time. You just have to hope for the best which can take more than the 48 hours they talking about.

Guys im taking back what i sad yesterday about the loans department .this morning before 8am the money was in my account that was some sense of urgency amd im so happy.African bank is the best
