Selfish,Bad, Clueless so called African bank

African bank stuff and management dont know what they are doing or how to conduct their business i was given a 50% discount on my credit card under the reference ********** 2193 same was paid and i was advised i should call them once the payment reflects and i did call them afterwards i received an sms advising the account will be closed under reference ********** and on the 29th of March 2019 i was advised they are sorry they cant closed the account because the amout poaid was not enough when they are the people who have given me the settlement amount of R7659.09 and same was paid on the 27th of March 2019 and they were the ones who said they will even extend same till 31st of March 2019,i will never do business with them let alone refer friends or family members they should just forget but not forget the word of mouth cause it will destroy them,i just need my paid up letter from them if not i'm taking this up
