second time around same same

Afirca Bank paint a wonderful picture on how fast their loans are etc , however this is the second time i am having to complain , the last time i felt i never want to go with this bank again now that i thought maybe it was just that agent that day etc, BOOM i get the same service again i app**** online got my offers selected the one i qualified for where i could proceed online attached all documents a Lady then calls me to advise i must please send an transaction history which i do ... not to mention how little telephone etiquette this lady had speaking to me like i am her son or friend or something then i sent it yesterday at 13:30 had no response at 16:00 i sent an follow up saying please confirm if documents have been received no response sent an follow up at around 9 this morning still no answer ? DAY UM does Africa Bank give a hoot about their reputation or their clients ?
