I have a credit card with african bank, that I am paying so well,all of a sudden an amount of R565 was debited on my account but when I checked my credit card ,it is not credited, so I contacted african bank to find out what is the problem, then rethabile told me that I have to wait for Monday to speak to collectors department, why? I tried to explain to her that the funds I paid to my credit card are reflecting, it is just this one that is not reflecting and I need to know why was it debited,and why it is not credited
