My rating is actually zero. I have a personal loan and I've made extra payments and manage to pay it off in December. Yesterday I log into the app and I see it now has an outstanding balance of R125. Called the call center and queried the amount, I was told its intestest for the last amount I paid on 22 December 2022. The consultant said I need to get a settlement amount and pay that amount in order for the loan account to the closed. I asked for settlement amount and they gave me a settlement amount higher than what I currently owe. I honestestly don't understand and want nothing to do with this bank.
