If there was a zero rating that's exactly what I would give this bank! Called in to report a business ******** people using an African bank account number. I was told it has been escalated to the forensic dept and to date there has been no call/email/feedback from African Bank, which explains why ******** use this bank-easy to get away with ***** because nothing gets done. I then opened a police case as advised by my bank and the documents + Case number were sent to African bank, and no one has had the decency to call me and provide feedback! To make matters worse I am a "MYWorld" account holder which I opened a few months back and I will be closing it as they are very useless when it comes to resolving client matters.
