THANDEKA KHUMALO FROM AFRICAN BANK CALLED ME - REF *** - WAS PROMISED FEEDBACK BY THE CONSULTANT WHO TOOK OVER. IT IS ********* TO CONFIRM IN WRITING THAT I AM GETTING MY REFUND THEN DECIDE NOT TO? 22 Apr 2022, 08:15Tlaleng Moholo has to be the most useless, idiot to ever be employed by your co- refuses to assist me on the matter. wont escalate or call management. just spent 10 minutes arguing with her about nothing cos she needs to talk over me. where is the customer services skills?
