I am deeply hurt by the treatment i am receiving from African bank. I have been back and forth with them for more than a week almost 2 weeks with no help. I have paid up my loan through the attorney Concept recoveries. Up to now it's not cleared African bank staff telling me to deal with the attorney that is not helping either. I have reached a dead end now. This is affecting my credit but African Bank seem not to be bothered. In fact i find it as **** to be told you owe something that you paid. I am tired of this i have sent the proof of payment and thr paid up letter but MaTshepo from the back office told me the last payment received from me is R800 o paod R16664. I am angry and hurt at the same time by the ********* business ethis of Courtney Bam Concept recoveries and the African Bank as a whole. I feel ****med now how can an account that was settled not show but before that all the payments that i was doing are reflecting
