I don't know what **** or ***** you guys are running but I'm not gonna tolerate it since you know nothing about the banking principles. I made an arrangement of R300 and prior to that got a nonsense call from one of your people that sounded like he was drunk. Then an hour later got an email from COOMBE attorneys who said they were instructed by you to collect. I made payments on the 20th and to my surprise you sent an email that I didn't honor my arrangement. I called today and spoke to a clueless rude girl who said they didn't receive my payment and she kept talking over me. What exactly are you people playing at?? Fix this!!!!
