****: African Bank Loan Insurance

Respectful Sirs I called African Bank in early 2020 to request that my loan insurance be activated, as I was on unpaid sabbatical leave and would be for the next three years. The bank advised me that my insurance could not be activated, and I subsequently arranged to pay R1000 monthly. I have returned from the United States, and TransUnion has labeled me as a poor payer. First, you denied my insurance claim and went as far as to deny me a request to apply. Then you charge me exorbitant interest and report me to the credit bureau as a poor payer. I could not secure credit upon my arrival because African Bank had destroyed my credit profile. Please modify my TransUnion listing immediately so I can obtain a car, a house, and other credit facilities. In addition, please pay my arrears installment under the insurance terms that African Bank supp**** me.
