Saya Recoveries still not co-operating

I had 3 accounts with African Bank which I settled on 13 October 2017 via Saya Recoveries. Saya Recoveries did not pay my accounts up till now and African Bank calls me up to 3 times a day demanding payment. I have tried to speak to Saya Recoveries and the supervisor Zenzo keeps telling me that he is sorting things out. My credit record is a mess and African Bank has added interest to the debt that I owed. I paid R6180 for all accounts to settle the debt but Saya Recoveries never forwarded the money. I want to know what it is that needs to be done because this is affecting me really badly and I cannot do anything because I have been listed on the Credit Bureau even though I paid the full amount. When I try to get them to send my money back so that I can go and pay African Bank directly they refuse saying that they have already paid but my debt keeps accumulating more interest. This company is not proffessional at all and I see now that when they offer settlement amounts they actually want to use it for their own personal gain. I want my money back from Saya Recoveries!
