Good day. African Bank service sucks. I am in the process of purchasing a vehicle on finance only to find out that they blacklisted me for not paying. Yes I did close my account where they debited money from as they took money off double every month sometimes 3 times in a week they hit my account. Yesterday I have payed them the full amount and sent them proof of payment. All I need from them is a settlement letter but no help at all. They are quick to run to there lawyers or whoever handles there things. All I am asking is my settlement letter. Please can anyone from African Bank contact me

18 May 2023, 12:17Can a customer care agent contact me urgently as this matter is not resolved yet. This service from them is unacceptable. They are quick enough to load credit onto my account after they were asked to close my account. They are full of excuses.
