The worst bank to deal with a bunch of *****'s I opened an investment account in January 2023 and they were deducting 2000.00 a month from my salary so this year I decided to draw out the investment to help my brother and I was shocked to discover that they deduct 920.00 from my account they say it's a penalty for drawing the money in the anniversary month...but when I opened the account no one told me or rose I would have drawn out the money in that month...the consultants were useless nobody could assist ....it is so unfair the money that I was supposed to get as interest rather went for penalties....a bunch of Moran *****'s...please don't use them to invest or do anything rather go to one of the bigger better honest banks like...Capitec, FNB, ABSA or Nedbank
