Rushed to African Bank for nothing

I went to the African Bank branch at Festival Mall to try and reset my banking profile. I rush there from work at 16:30 and walk into the branch with only one person assisting, there were no other staff members in sight! Fifteen minutes before they close I get helped, only for their system to be offline. The person who was assisting me seemed very rushed to leave. Still haven't had anything sorted out. Would not recommend anyone to use their services as they are understaffed and everything takes a very long time.
