Rude service from consultant

My mom went to an African Branch in Westgate Roodeport to get assistance on getting her app to work. She was met by a very rude lady who asked her why didn’t her kids or grandchildren help her. She further told her that people her age are stupid when it comes to technology and she won’t help as she is not allowed to touch her phone. Why would a person hired to help people speak to any person like that? Worse part an elderly person. She’s beeen to other banks requesting the same assistance and they helped without any insults. The manager was also nowhere to be found through out.
