Rude Sales agent

Just received the most un-helpful and un-pleasant service from African bank mall of Africa. Consultants are having personal conversations whilst you wait for assistance. The lady couldn't wait to get rid of me and send me away. Definitely not returning. As an existing client of theirs I was so disappointed and actually worried about myself as their clientele.
