Rude Disrespectful Tshegofatso from African Bank

Today on the 05 Feb 2025 at around 8:50. I had called African bank to close my account when this rude woman called Tshegofatso answered. She then told me about sending a whats-app and/a pop up message to which both those things could not happen since I'm currently not using whats-app and have 2x sim cards on my phone. When I told her that, her tone changed and was rather commanding and derogatory. I ended up hanging the call and called in again when Candy the superwoman, explained everything to me in a respectful manner and told me that I then have to visit a branch. Be careful of this Tshegofatso she is disrespectful and ill-mannered.
